I understand that I am applying for nEbO membership and that nEbO is the junior membership arm of the Labour Movement, administered by NTUC Club. I have read, understand and I hereby agree to abide by the following terms and conditions: 

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and are to be in accordance with the law of Singapore. 

• No Photo is required for the nEbO membership card. 

• No refund is allowed after full or partial payment is made. 

• nEbO membership is applicable to non-working individuals aged 12 – 24 years old. 

• For those turning 12 this year but have not reached their 12th birthday, approval of the application would be on a case by case basis. 

• Persons under the age 12 may not join the Programme due to the relevant legal restrictions applying to minors. Companies or corporate legal entities are ineligible for membership. 

• The nEbO membership card is non-transferable. 

• The nEbO Card will be LINK activated after 5 working days from the date of sign up. 

• Card holder must present digital/physical nEbO card for entitlement of discounts or privileges at participating outlets. 

• Privileges offered subjected to nEbO merchants’ prevailing terms and conditions. 

• Privileges offered are not valid with other discounts, promotion, or membership cards. 

• The rights and obligations of nEbO under the Programme may be assigned or transferred by nEbO to any other related or unrelated entity at any time, and performance thereafter shall be the responsibility of that entity. 

• nEbO may, from time to time, at its sole discretion, involve third parties as “Partners” in its Programme. These partners and the basis on which they are participating will be displayed in the nEbO website. 

• nEbO reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to immediately terminate an offending members’ membership and account (without being liable for any refund of membership fees) if a member acts in a manner inconsistent with local law or ordinance, or in an abusive manner towards an employee of nEbO or its agents, or otherwise missuses the benefits of membership. 

• I consent to my personal data being collected, used and retained by NTUC Club and nEbO for the purposes of processing, administering and managing my nEbO membership. I further consent to my personal data being disclosed to NTUC for the purposes of managing and increasing my membership benefits and privileges. For more information on the usage of personal data, please refer to NTUC Club’s privacy policy at www.ntucclub.com/privacy-policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Please note our privacy policy may be updated from time to time without notice. 

nEbO 1 Year Membership 

• The 1 Year nEbO membership promotion is applicable to non-working individuals aged 12-24 years old. 

• The 1 Year nEbO membership will expire 1 Year from the date of issuance 

• The 1 Year complimentary Wild & Wet Premium membership is NOT applicable to the nEbO 1 Year membership packages. 

nEbO 3 Year Membership 

• The 3 Year nEbO membership promotion is applicable to non-working individuals aged 12-22 years old. 

• The 3 Year nEbO membership will expire 3 Year from the date of issuance 

• The 1 Year complimentary Wild & Wet Premium membership is NOT applicable to the nEbO 3 Year membership packages. 

nEbO Max Membership 

• The nEbO Max membership promotion is applicable to non-working individuals aged 12-23 years old. 

• The nEbO Max membership will expired upon member turning 25 year old. 

• The 1 Year complimentary Wild & Wet Premium membership is applicable to selected nEbO Max membership packages. 

Complimentary 1 Year Wild & Wet Premium Membership 

• The complimentary 1 Year Wild & Wet Premium Membership is only applicable to selected nEbO Max Membership packages 

• I understand and agree to receive a complimentary 1 Year Wild Wild Wet Annual Pass (“Wild & Wet Premium Membership”), please refer to https://www.wildwildwet.com/docs/default-source/default-document-library/wwpm-benefittcs_13062022.pdf?sfvrsn=b13165c0_0 for Wild & Wet Premium Membership Terms and Conditions. 

• I understand and agree that by signing up for nEbO Max Membership (applicable to limited promotions), I am accepting a 1 year Wild & Wet Premium Membership administered by Wild Wild Wet and NTUC Club. I agree to abide by the terms and conditions of Wild & Wet Premium Membership. I acknowledge and consent to: 

• nEbO has the right to use membership information stored in computers regarding activities related to marketing and marketing communication. By accepting these Privacy Terms the members consents to nEbO processing personal data about the member and the member’s activities within the Programme for the purposes of administrating the Programme, controlling and implementing reservations and other orders, coordinating activities and special offerings with participating outlets, and marketing. 

• We draw your attention to the fact that you have the right of access to your data and to rectify such data, by sending a written request to nEbO, 1 Pasir Ris Close, Singapore 519599. 

• the collection, use and retention of my personal data by Wild Wild Wet and NTUC Club for the purposes of fulfilling, servicing and managing my Wild & Wet Premium Membership; 

• the disclosure of my personal data between Wild Wild Wet and NTUC Club for the purposes of processing, servicing and managing my Wild & Wet Premium Membership; 

• the disclosure of my personal data by Wild Wild Wet to its Partners/Merchants for the purposes of fulfilling, servicing and managing my Wild & Wet Premium Membership; 

• further consent to be notified by Wild Wild Wet on benefits and privileges pertaining to Wild & Wet Premium Membership, marketing messages and promotional information not limiting to contests/lucky draw, campaigns, events, and new products and services via print, digital and social media platforms, email, text messages, fax and/or post, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. 

Link Rewards Programme 

• I understand and agree that by becoming a nEbO member, I also become a member of the Link Rewards Programme (“Link”) administered by NTUC Link Private Limited (“NTUC Link”). I agree to abide by the terms and conditions of Link. I acknowledge and consent to: 

1. the collection, use and retention of my personal data by NTUC Link for the purposes of fulfilling, servicing and managing my Link membership; 

2. the disclosure of my personal data between NTUC Club and NTUC Link for the purposes of processing, servicing and managing my Link membership; 

3. the disclosure of my personal data by NTUC Link to its Linkpoints partners for the purposes of fulfilling, servicing and managing my Link membership; 

4. I further consent to be notified by NTUC Link on benefits and privileges pertaining to Link via email, text messages, voice calls and/or post; and 

5. I can visit link.sg to manage my Link membership (including withdrawal of consent) after my successful enrolment to Link 

By proceeding with your submission, you hereby grant NTUC Club and its officers, employees and agents the right to collect your Personal Data and to make use of all your personal data, which is held by NTUC Club or will be collected in the future, for the purposes of providing the relevant services or complete such transactions which may be required by you from time to time; to ascertain if you are eligible for discounts, privileges or benefits promoted by NTUC Club and/or other third parties which NTUC Club is associated all in connection with your membership.
