Turning Compassion into Action

In 2023, Chong Xian organized a volunteering program for his entire class to engage with seniors at the NTUC Health Nursing Home (Tampines). This experience was more than just a one-time event; it was a catalyst that spurred Chong Xian to continue volunteering weekly on his own, engaging seniors with tabletop games and fostering meaningful connections. His commitment extends to nEbO’s monthly Crafts and Conversations, where he not only participates but also guides other youths in planning these sessions, offering tips on logistics and senior engagement.
