Leader story (1)

Luqman Nur Haqem first joined nEbO when he was still schooling at ITE in 2022. Since joining nEbO, Luqman has grown into a youth leader and mentor, spearheading community projects and guiding his peers in their leadership journey.

Youth Advocacy

In 2022, Luqman attended the Young NTUC LIT DISCOvery, and a cycling session with Labour Movement MPs. During these sessions, Luqman shared about his views on the youth landscape, and the opportunities he hoped youths would have access to for further self-development.

Recognising Luqman’s commitment to youth advocacy, nEbO invited him to participate in the nEbO Leadership Programme, from which he graduated in 2023. Since then, Luqman has been actively involved in various Labour Movement events, such as NTUC’s #EWMC Capstone Event, May Day Rally 2024, and NTUC Club Tree Planting 2023.
