Level One: Peer Support Training 

Discovering their superpower as a peer supporter!

In the first session, the programme teaches youths how to utilise their hidden weapon—being there for their friends! Youths  were taught on how to recognise signs of distress through engaging conversations, hands-on activities, and provide advise that is both heartfelt and effective.

Level Two: Crisis Management

In times of need, here come the mental health superheroes!

Youths swoop in to understand about mental health crises, evaluate risks and provide the correct help resources to their peers who are in need. In the second session, youths transformed their knowledge of understanding and support, equipped to uplift those around them!

Level Three: Campaign Management

Our superhero nEbOians dive into the topic of creating and managing campaign for mental wellness!

Armed with knowledge and empathy, they carried out a needs analysis, project planning and execution, budgeting and contingency and risk Assessment.

A non-profit organisation, Limitless Singapore is driven by the desire to help youths discover their worth and lead destiny-driven lives.

Limitless offers highly subsidised counselling services for young people who may be facing challenges like relationship issues, school stress or mental health conditions. Limitless also conducts fun activities such as bouldering and hip-hop dance classes where youths have the opportunity to build up their confidence and find community.

We are partnering with Limitless to empower nEbOians through mental health training workshops so that everyone can be confident about looking after our emotional and psychological wellness.
